What is the difference between a short stay, an Extended Stay, a Corporate Stay, and a Residential Rental?
In general terms, the options differ by length and by whether the home is furnished. Short stays and Extended Stays are furnished options for guests who want flexibility. Corporate Stays are furnished leases over 6 months. Residential Rentals are unfurnished leases over 12 months.
What are the booking, cancellation, and payment terms?
